چکیده

Nanocrystalline Li0.35Ni0.3Fe2.35O4 ferrites were prepared at different annealing temperatures by sol–gel auto-combustion method. The effects of the temperature on structure and magnetic properties synthesized Li–Ni characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectra Vibrating Sample Magnetometer, photoelectron spectrometer. Rietveld refinement XRD data confirmed occurrence phase transition from ?-spinel to ?-spinel, which ideal cation occupation lattice parameter can be obtained. grain size increased significantly with temperature. variation saturation magnetization well explained in terms ions tetrahedron octahedron. coercivity initially later decreased 115 37 Oe increase annealed could attributed fact that 600 °C-annealed is close single- multi-domain region.

Physical and magnetic properties of highly aluminum doped strontium ferrite nanoparticles prepared by auto-combustion route

Highly Al3þ ion doped nanocrystalline SrFe12 xAlxO19 (0rxr12), were prepared by the auto-combustion method and heat treated in air at 1100 1C for 12 h. The phase identification of the powders performed using x-ray diffraction show presence of high-purity hexaferrite phase and absence of any secondary phases. With Al3þ doping, the lattice parameters decrease due to smaller Al3þ ion replacing Fe3...

Effect of Heat Treatment on Structural and Magnetic Properties of Nanocrystalline SrFe12O19 Hexaferrite synthesized by Co-Precipitation Method

Nanocrystalline strontium hexaferrite (SrFe12O19) powders have been successfully synthesized using the facile Co-precipitation method. The ferrite precursors were achieved from mixtures of strontium and ferric chloride in an aqueous medium without any surfactant and soft template. The as-received powders were calcined at 800 and 1000 ˚C for 2 hours in air. The final powders were characterized b...
